Hi !! I'm Terri and I am licensed professional counselor in Richmond, VA. I provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults, adolescents, and children. My experience comes from working a variety of roles within mental health and education, including crisis counseling, intensive in-home counseling, and special education. I have worked with a variety of populations including individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities. My approach to counseling is person centered, strengths-based counseling using a variety of approaches, such as CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing tailored to your needs.
